Using the website to book your event accommodation and wristband online indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of use. 

It is a condition of your booking to have a fully comprehensive travel insurance package. Summer Breeze Soul Week and Summer Breeze Soul Week UK accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or death how ever caused. Summer Breeze Soul Week UK accepts no responsibility for Flight delays, cancellations or any other act resulting in non attendance at the event. Summer Breeze Soul Week UK accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings how ever, while attending the event. It is a good idea to get travel insurance. There are a number of good travel insurance companies. Both AXA and the post office offer excellent, competitively priced single trip or annual multi trip cover.

PAYMENT FLOW & DELIVERY POLICY: Bookings are confirmed once we receive the necessary deposit or full payment and a completed booking form. A confirmation receipt will be sent by e-mail. Please keep this as proof of payment. You should receive a booking receipt within 7 days. If you do not then please contact us at: bookings@summerbreezesoulweek.com

REFUND / CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing to our UK business address or by e-mail no later than 30 days after the booking. A full refund will be received for any cancellation within this time frame. Deposits are Non refundable after 30 days. Cancellation fees are payable after this period. Bookings are Non transferable.

FORCE MAJURE
Summer Breeze Soul week T/A Summer Breeze Holidays Ltd shall be under no liability if a party is unable to carry out any provision of the booking for any reason beyond their control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events can include, but are not limited to Any Act of God, Legislation, War, threat of war, civil strife, riot, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, the act of any government or other national or local authority, an ''Act of God''; natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and natural diseases, Natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, Flood, Drought, adverse weather, pandemics, epidemics and any other cause beyond our reasonable control that prevent us from fulfilling the terms of the contract and all similar events outside our supplier(s) concerned control. Lock Out, Strike, industrial dispute, or other action taken by employees owing to any inability to produce materials required for the performance of the event and  Should a ''Force Majure'' prevent us from our obligations under the contract while the event continues, these obligations will resume once we able to do so.

ZERO TOLERENCE POLICY

Summer Breeze Soul Week reserves the right to refuse admission to any of the events venues and to cancel any booking or bookings without prior notice. ​It is a condition of your booking that you understand the following; Summer Breeze Soul Week has a zero tolerance policy and customers are advised that the following inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated:
Threatening/Abusive Behaviour
Verbal/Physical Abuse
