Cancellation charges are based on how many days before your holiday date we receive your cancellation notice, and reflect a percentage of the total cost of your booking.

Making a Change Or Cancelling Your Booking 
You must ensure all names and details are entered correctly at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice once your booking is confirmed and must contact us straight away if there is something that you need to correct, or if you don’t receive an invoice within 7 days of confirming your booking.

Please note that the deposit is non refundable and changes and cancellations to all or part of a booking are subject to amendment and cancellation fees of £25, so that we can cover the cost of processing your cancellation. You are responsible for paying this charge. Please see the breakdown below as a guide to charges. 

When changing your accommodation, the price of your new arrangements will be based on the price that applies on the day you make the change. These prices may not be the same as when you first made your booking. Some accommodation is priced according to the number of people staying there. If your party size changes, we’ll recalculate your booking cost based on the new number of people going. If fewer people share the accommodation, then the cost per person may go up. This extra cost isn’t a cancellation charge, and it isn’t normally covered by insurance. Some arrangements cannot be removed once they have been added to your booking. These include: transfers, accommodation options such as early access and late checkout from rooms.

After 30 Days of booking and your deposit being received  there is a  Loss of deposit.

Cancellation terms apply to any person who cancels from a group booking. (see breakdown below).

If you have requested that your 2020 booking be carried over to the following year, please note that your original booking date remains. In this instance refunds are no longer due from the date of the commencement of the 2020 event as set out in the agreement.

Once we receive your request to change or cancel your booking, you should expect to receive a updated invoice within 7 days. If you do not then please contact us at: 

​If We Change or Cancel 
As we plan your holiday arrangements many months in advance we may occasionally have to make changes or cancel your booking and we reserve the right to do so at any time.

Changes: If we make a minor change to your holiday, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure but we will have no liability to you. A change of accommodation to another of the same or higher standard is an example of a minor change. 

Occasionally we may have to make a major change to your confirmed arrangements. ”Examples of “major changes” include the following, when made before departure: A change of accommodation area for the whole or a significant part of your time away.
A change of accommodation to that of a lower standard or classification for the whole or a significant part of your time away. 

Cancellation: We will not cancel your travel arrangements less than [60 days] before your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. 

If we have to make a major change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and we will offer you the choice of:
 i (A rescheduled event) and accepting the changed arrangements; 
 ii transferring your event holiday to our following years 'Summer Breeze Soul Week' event holiday
 iii a refund as set out in our terms and conditions.

You must notify us of your choice within 7 days of our offer. If you fail to do so we will assume that you have chosen to accept the change or alternative booking arrangements. 

Insurance: If we cancel or make a major change and you accept a refund, we will provide a full refund of your travel insurance premiums if you paid them to us and can show that you are unable to transfer or reuse your policy.  

Compensation: If we cancel or make a major change less than [60 days] before departure, we will pay compensation as detailed below. The compensation that we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not pay you compensation in the following circumstances:
where we make a minor change; 
where we make a major change or cancel your arrangements more than [60 days] before departure;
where we have to cancel your arrangements as a result of your failure to make full payment on time;
where the change or cancellation by us arises out of alterations to the confirmed booking requested by you; 
where we are forced to cancel or change your arrangements due to Force Majeure.

Please note: where accommodation with a higher price than the original accommodation is offered by us and accepted by you, the difference in price will be deducted from any compensation payable. In no case will we pay compensation if accommodation is offered by us and accepted by you with a higher price than that originally booked in the same location where no additional payment is made by you.
